I APPLIED THROUGH UAC

If you have been made an offer to study at UWS through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) you can accept, defer or decline your offer, choose your key program (if applicable) and obtain your UWS Student ID online by logging into OSCAS.
Before logging on to OSCAS you will need your UAC Reference Number, family name (as it appears on your UAC application) and date of birth.
Once you have accepted and obtained your UWS Student ID you can then activate your MyUWS Account and complete the enrolment process online.

I APPLIED DIRECT TO WESTERN SYDNEY UNIVERSITY

If you have been made an offer via a DIRECT application to UWS you can accept or decline your offer, choose your key program (if applicable) online by logging on to OSCAS.
Before logging on to OSCAS you will need your UWS Student ID, family name and date of birth.
Once you have accepted your offer, you can then activate your MyUWSAccount and complete the enrolment process online.

DEFERRING YOUR OFFER

Deferment is available to undergraduate and postgraduate programs of study.
Deferment will only be granted on payment of the deferment fee.

ACCEPT A NEW OFFER INSTEAD

Have you already accepted a current offer and completed your enrolment, and now wish to accept a new offer instead?
You can accept your new offer here and enrol via MySR, however, you must withdraw from your other course. Withdrawal forms are available at the Student Administration Forms page.

WesternAccount

While many students will be able to accept their offer and activate their WesternAccount on the same day, this may not be the case for all new students.

If you experience difficulties when attempting to activate your WesternAccount, it may be necessary for you to wait until the next day to activate your account.

If, after trying to activate your account on 2 consecutive days, you continue to experience difficulties, please contact the ITD Helpdesk for assistance.
